Cooling’s is a family owned & a family ran business. We have been serving the Montrose & surrounding area since 1979. We have a fully staffed service crew, three full time technicians. We have a custom sheet metal shop with three full time employees. They can do anything from drip edge to the fancy copper projects. Also we have a sheet metal shop in Telluride that is open two days a week. Right now we have around 15 installers; their work varies from multi million dollars houses in Telluride to our local schools & new commercial buildings. We do a lot of residential & commercial replacements too. Cooling’s gives free estimates with competitive prices. Along with a full crew of installer we have a duct work fabrication shop next to our main shop were we fabricate all of our own ductwork. If you need some special order items we can do that too!
