Cooling’s strongly believes in maintain all your HVAC equipment. We try to explain to our customers that your HVAC equipment is just like your car... You wouldn’t let your car run for years without any service? We suggest to our customers that they have their equipment serviced twice a year. In the Telluride area we suggest having humidifiers service every three months due to the hard water in that area. Our schedule maintenance program is made simple for the owners, we put the reminders in our computer & we contact you so you don’t have to remember when your next service is due. We ask that our customers participate in our schedule maintenance program because we only offer emergency after hours care to our current customers & if they get regular service done on there HVAC equipment. If you call into our office after hours you will get our answering machine & it will give you the name & phone numbers of who is on call for that weekend. We charge from the time our tech leaves his door to the time he gets back to his home.
